With our accumulated experience and expertise, we assist our clients in creating unique small or large-scale meetings, focusing on the best value for money.
For each assigned corporate event or conference, we undertake many different tasks depending on the venue, the scale, the style, and the type of the convention. An indicative set of tasks that is tailored to each case as needed is the following:
- We define together, the theme, the purposes and the target audiences of the event (Basic Marketing plan)
- We analyze the cost (Budgeting).
- We specify and booking the venue and the time of the event.
- We arrange and coordinate all the necessary supply chain - equipment, catering, audio-visual (Planning).
- We recommend partners for the Media Plan.
- We contribute to the Sponsoring.
- We assign our partners the communications and promo tools for your event (Image & Identity, Copywriting, Website)
- We release the tickets and / or send invitations (Ticketing & Invitation Management).
- We ensure the seamless event flow and the audiovisual coverage (Direction)
- We supervise the decoration of the venue and direct the venue management staff.
- We coordinate and oversee the implementation. (event supervision)
- We send post event publicity press releases and thank you notes to guests and sponsors. (Acknowledgements)
- We compile and disseminate to the stakeholders the event evaluation report.
